21st Birthday and Life in General

So another year goes by and I'm just a little but older. A few weeks ago I had my birthday, yes I usually post on my birthday but I was very busy. I went to see Imagine Dragons in Birmingham and I swear to god was one of the best things I have ever witnessed. If your a fan, PLEASE go and see them. I would love to see them again if anyone wants to buy me tickets ;)

Anyway I turned 21 in the car on the way back to my flat singing songs with friends and family. Then had my birthday morning with my parents, brother and my boyfriend which ended up being about my parents telling me to hurry up and me bossing them around telling them I will take as long as I want opening my presents. Then we went to the pub where we met with cousins and family friends for a crazy lunch full of little kids. Okay three but they seemed to outnumber us despite there being like 12 adults. After that by family left and had a lovely lazy evening with my boyfriend watching movies.

So you would think that was it for the celebrations right? haha no. So on the following Thursday, I went out with my boyfriend and work friends. I was excited to introduce my boyfriend to my friends and they were hitting it off until my stupid boyfriend got drunk and threw up in the middle of the club and got kicked out. So not only did we have to leave just after some of my friends arrived but then he threw up all over the side of the taxi and I got charged extra for it. AND he threw up in our bed so I spent the night on the sofa and looking after him. You would think I would be furious for ruining my night but he was so pathetic and apologetic the next day I couldn't be mad at him.

Continuing this, we had a huge snow storm so my friends who were meant to be visiting the next weekend couldn't make it. But we went to this mini golf bar place and then out clubbing where I worked with my other friends and it was great.

And that was where my week long celebrations ended. So what else? Life in general in very unexciting. I go to uni and sit alone at home whilst my boyfriend works all day. Sometimes go out with friends. Sometimes my boss guilts me into actually working.

I feel like my friends are all in a very different stage in life compared to me. I have friends finishing up uni and trying to decide what to do with their lives, friends who are completely unsure uni was the right decision and are looking into something new. But they are all back home and I am the only one who is out at uni full time. I love my life here but I have been a little home sick lately. They are all busy working full time and I am just sat here watching Netflix yet again thinking to myself that I really need a hobby. Does shopping count? Or sleeping?

I feel kind of stuck in my life and even though I have everything I could possibly want, a great flat, an amazing boyfriend who lives with me, going out with friends, a funnish job, a uni course I am interested in... I am still bored. I guess my teenage years were so dramatic that my great life is just kind of dull. I need excitement in my life. The need to do something new or different always crosses my mind. I just wish I knew what was missing...

Sorry if I sound like such a whiner when people have major problems with their lives. I hope you don't hate me. I have genuinely had proper issues that I haven't spoken about on here so I am not oblivious. I just happen to be in a good stage of my life.

19th Birthday

So today is my birthday in case you couldn't tell from the title. And once again, just like last year, I write this whilst a little bit drunk. So hows it going so far? well its different. Mum has missed it for the first time ever. So there are missing touches like decorations and i have to actually plan it myself this year. As usual there is mocks on which suck. Had a three hour exam today and one tomorrow which I already know I won't revise for. Dad ends up being on the phone and an hour late to pick me and my brother up and my usual lift is busy with his friends. So what do I do? get my boyfriend to come and rescue me and go drinking in my favourite restaurant as I wait. Problem is my brother is underage so I have to order a cocktail and a chocolate milkshake at the bar. A bit awkward but oh well. So yeah my birthday is definitely different than my usual one. It is also my last one at home before I go to uni and my last year of being a teenager. Not sure what I am going to do with the title once I hit twenty. Oh and my phone died so I am awkwardly drinking with my brother in a restaurant whilst on my laptop. I think the alcohol has hit me already. Thats shit. When did I become a lightweight? instead of planning out what I am going to write I am literally typing what words come to mind which is a little weird. And I'm sure I won't check this before I post so sorry about errors and stuff. But I am so brain dead after my exam that I just don't care anymore. At least I have a lot to look forward to. Not doing anything major as I have an exam tomorrow but getting all my closest friends, family and neighbours over. My first party that has people of all ages which is interesting. Is it weird that I have more teenage boys over than girls? Anyway, gotta go. Sorry about my drunk rambling.

Rumours, Exams and Birthday Surprises!

Hey everyone!!!! Sorry really excited as it is my 18th BIRTHDAY TODAY! So this is what has been going on in my life lately.

First off, Rumours. Now since the incident at the end of the Disneyland Trip (read part 2 if you haven't already otherwise this may not make sense!) there have been many rumours about me circulating around school. Now before I tell you what they are trust me when I say that none of them are true. I only tell you guys the truth, otherwise what would be the point in blogging if you are not completely honest. Especially as none of you know who I really am. Okay, so some people say that I was in a foursome, some say I had sex with a guy, others say things you guys don't even want to hear, and someone has even gone around saying I had sex in the Sports Hall!! Ewww. Now I have never done anything of these things. So I spent the first part of my birthday listening to people go on about the rumours ect. It wasn't that bad but was irritating as I was trying to revise which brings me to my next point, exams.

So exams suck. Today I had business studies which I finished an hour before the end. So I drew a tree instead. But it's okay cause I later found out that everyone finished early.

So I am then sitting in the car on the way home when we pull up at my house and sitting in my drive is the most gorgeous green car I have ever seen! I mean it's AMAZING and I instantly fell in love! So then I get changed and fix my makeup, whilst mum is making a fuss about how nice I need to look. We then head to the pub (like  2 second walk away where I work) to buy my first drink. Then when I walk through the door....... ALMOST EVERYONE I KNOW IS THERE!! even now hours later I am still in shock. All my neighbours, one of my closest friend out of school, my closest friend in school and my oldest friend who I have known forever are all there! along with the latinas and the kids I use to babysit. Literally EVERYONE!. Could not have been a more perfect surprise!! So we ate, and talked and drank..... a lot! To the point where I am finishing off this post slightly drunk... oh well..

So I have had the most amazing birthday ever!!! Will leave you guys be for now. Will post again soon... Night!x

Blog Makeover!

Hey guys! So I decided it was time to change my blog image for my Birthday which is in 4 hours and 20 minutes! In case you didn't notice I am very excited!!! :) Anyway I must leave now to continue revising. Okay well that was a lie. To START revising. Did't realise that it was almost 8pm. Whoops! Random Update!

Hey everyone! Yes still here! I havnt posted in a while. If you have read my previous post you will know that I was on a trip! So did not have much free time. I also have mock week this week. For those of you who don't know what that is, it is basically a week of practice exams in exams conditions. So I've been busy revising... Fun! The other thing going on is that it is my 18th Birthday this week! Yay! Can't wait. So I may not post much in a while but will try to make it up to you. I have the 2nd part of the trip (much better than the 1st) coming up soon and I'm sure there will be posts all about my horrendous mocks and my birthday!
